Romana has been a valued member of the Gipsy Lane Dental team since 2012, beginning her career as a Dental Nurse. With a natural caring nature and a deep passion for dentistry, she quickly gained the trust of both patients and colleagues. Her exceptional clinical skills and attention to detail led to her promotion to Head Nurse, where she honed her leadership abilities and continued to prioritize the well-being of patients. Today, Romana serves as the practice manager, overseeing the daily operations with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of care and patient experience.
What truly sets Romana apart is her dedication to building meaningful relationships with patients, which she considers the most rewarding aspect of her role. Her compassionate approach to patient care ensures that everyone feels comfortable and well-cared-for, whether it's their first visit or they've been coming for years. Outside of her professional life, Romana enjoys swimming and baking, finding both activities to be great ways to relax and unwind.
