Sadia Mustufa

Sadia is a hardworking and highly skilled dental nurse who has been a valued member of the Gipsy Lane Dental team since 2018. She qualified in 2021 and has since taken on the role of Head Nurse, where she plays a crucial part in the smooth running of the clinical team. As Head Nurse, Sadia is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the surgeries, mentoring junior nurses, maintaining cross-infection control protocols, and ensuring that the highest standards of patient care are consistently upheld.

In 2022, Sadia achieved her BDA Dental Radiology for Dental Care Professionals qualification and now serves as the practice’s Radiation Protection Supervisor. In this role, she manages all internal and external CBCT and OPG referrals — handling the entire process from contacting patients and booking scans, to carrying out the radiographs and keeping referring dentists updated throughout each stage. Her attention to detail and excellent communication skills ensure that every case is handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Beyond her clinical responsibilities, Sadia also plays a key role in the marketing and visual identity of the practice. She manages website updates, and is the creative force behind many of the posters, flyers, and promotional materials used within the practice to inform and engage patients about upcoming services and events. While she also supports the social media team when needed, her main focus lies in content creation and design work that enhances the patient experience and promotes the practice’s offerings.

Sadia is known for her calm, organised approach and her commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. She continues to grow in her role and remains dedicated to both her personal development and the ongoing success of the practice.
